Nicole is a senior commercial solicitor specialising in commercial disputes and all areas of employment law, working with both employers and employees.
Her approach is tactical and methodical providing practical solutions and the best advice within the complex area of commercial and employment law legislation. Nicole’s first objective in all disputes is to resolve matters without the need for court proceedings. Her philosophy for employment matters is to maximise the potential of your employees and create an effective working environment – the rest will follow!
Nicole works with all sizes of businesses and has expertise and knowledge of a variety of sector industries enabling her to provide relevant advice and guidance.
Nicole trained with ACUMEN BUSINESS LAW and qualified in 2011 following her degree at Sussex University and professional studies at the College of Law in Guildford. She previously worked for a major financial institution.
